1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GetItWebbed website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Ticking the consent checkbox and submitting any form on this website (including the enquiry / Get Quote form) constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is valid and enforceable under the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.
2. Services
GetItWebbed provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI automation, IoT solutions, 3D printing services, and brand establishment. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to modify or suspend any service with prior notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery. You are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and content as agreed upon in the project timeline. Delays caused by late content submission or approvals may affect the project delivery date and are not the responsibility of GetItWebbed.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. GetItWebbed retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Third-party assets, frameworks, and libraries used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses. We retain ownership of all proprietary tools, workflows, and internal systems used during development.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the individual project proposal or contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional charges. GetItWebbed reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payment obligations are not met as agreed.
6. Post-Delivery Changes
Once a project has been delivered and approved, major changes — such as new features, redesigns, structural modifications, or changes to the agreed scope — are not supported as part of the original engagement. If major changes are required after delivery, they will be treated as new work and charged separately, with pricing quoted based on the scope of the requested changes. Minor fixes covered under an agreed maintenance or support period, if any, remain unaffected.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and any other information designated as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of our working relationship.
8. Limitation of Liability
GetItWebbed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe beyond the agreed maintenance period, if any.
10. Changes to Terms
GetItWebbed reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
